Need opinion on D series airmass header

Default Need opinion on D series airmass header

Never heard of this brand before,how is it?I can get a used one for $25 but it doesnt have a collector,someone school me on this collector dealie,what is it?

nobody can tell me what a collector does and how the airmass header is?

If it doesn't have a collector you'll need to have an exhaust shop weld one on for you. The collector is the part of the header that bolts to the cat. If it were me I'd buy a different header.

If this is just your DD, you want some more pep and a more agressive sounding car, and you want this on the cheap I'd suggest just buying an SS Autochrome header from ebay, or a used DC.

You won't get performance out of these like you would a bisi header, but they help & d-series need help anyway they can get it.

It's not worth dropping tons of loot on a nice header for a d if the car won't be raced (legally) and it's just for work, errand running, dates, etc.

OH,that's what it is.When i was looking through some new ones,i noticed there's different lengths of collectors,which one is stock length?

yeah i'm gonna pass on this one,probably get a used DC,thanks man

what are these. I have never heard of SS Autochrome headers

ss autochrome is cheap **** easiest way to put it.

about the holley airmass header their actually a good buy thats what i am running on my d15b i bought mine straight from holley in owensboro ky.

i suggest you buy my blue powdercoated one. haha they arent a bad header actually. mine is practically new with a few scratches i would get rid of it pretty cheap. if you all know anyone looking for one let me know
