anyone ever mig weld an oil return bung without warpping the oil pan??

Alot of times people warp thier oil pan after welding thier oil return bung which causes a leak. Is it possible to mig weld the bung on without warpping the oil pan or should it be tig welded?

never heard of someone warping an oil pan from welding a bung

I've flux core welded a few and never warped one.
