How often to change oil on Accords not driven too much?
I last changed the oil in my '99 LX I4 last March. I've since driven about 3,500 miles. When I change the oil I use Castrol GTX 5W30 and a Honda filter with a new crush ring.
It's been 6 months and I'll be changing it soon because it's simple and not expensive (since I do it myself) and I want to do it before the cold of winter, but should I be changing the oil sooner? Say, every three months no matter how few miles I've driven?
For what it's worth, I have a second car that I use as a commuter, I drove about 4,000 miles on that in the same time frame and just changed the oil tonight in that one (Mobil 1, it's a '93 Volvo 940 turbo, I use synthetic in that one because I want to protect the turbo plus it's higher mileage (150,000)).

It's driven pretty much every two or three days, for a little bit (my wife drives it around town or to the stores), so it's not sitting for a long time.
