Disconnect the battery for about 20 minutes to reset the ECU. Then hook it back up and enjoy.

take the car back...

They adjusted the valves too tight. I guarantee you.
This happened to me, Loosened them up and runs perfect.

This is a mechanical adjustment, there is no reason to reset a the computer

This is something that you could do yourself with minimal tools.

um if i wanna do my valve adjustment in my drive way what tools do i need? i have a gsr engine but its heads fully built. i have the valve gauge that go's to 00.06 or what ever, do i do it when the engines hot or cold what lobe do i set the gauge on, dose the vtec lobs get adjusted? do i do it to all three rocker arm lobs or just the valve one? and i heard there's some special tool u need that loosens and tightens the valves and the valve has to have no compression or some thing too right? how do i know if it has no compression ? do i have to keep turning the cams for every valve how long dose it normally take?

bump for a old thread..
Your car was probably warm, or even at operating temperature.
valves are temperamental. I just had mine done 10 minutes ago, it runs perfect.
As you stated, i brought my car to the dealership this morning, meaning it had been warm probably within time they ajusted them....you told me you had driven the car that day.....and it could have been warm outside at the same time....there you go. Your car should have been cold.
