i got a 88-91 pm6 ecu and i need some help find ing someone to chip it for d16z6 vtec minime or if someone is got one chiped what would the price be???? also how can i find out what type of block i have????? thx

First, if you are going to chip it I know there's software you can have to write your own. A friend of mine on this board Nelsmar wrote up some pm7 maps that worked beautifully. It needs to be a 90-91 ecu however to chip. I'll see how to find out, I believe it's somewhere on the serial number.

Second, lemme try to find a diagram here of where the code is. If you look down into the engine bay, it is to the left of the exhaust manifold and near where the transmission and engine meet. The little L3 number is the transmission, and there's the code. The thing on the right is the exhaust manifold cover, so it's near the bottom of the headers.
