maybe it's just me, but from my experience with driving stick shift cars, the car would still be able to start after stalling

the car does not start

you need a multimeter and a helms manual or something like that so you can start troubleshooting your ignition system. Start by checking to see if you have spark. You can pull one of the sparkplug wires and stick a screwdriver or something in it. Then have your girlfriend crank the starter while you hold the shaft of the screwdriver next to something grounded on your engine. Look really carefully to see if any blue sparks appear. Just make sure you're not touching anything metal on the screwdriver ZAP!!!!

yep, i second the multimeter, test the battery, alternator, and then check for spark, and fuel. they are cheap at radio shack, under ten bucks.
