That 12yr old valve cover dont look half bad!

Finally got off my lazy *** and painted my valve cover. It looked like real **** before!

After some aircraft stripper and sanding i gave it a few coats of hitemp red and although its not perfect i think its damn better!

Im waiting for my new HG to come in but in the meantime im cleaning the engine bay thoroughly (w/acetone).

Ill have more pics as soon as all the kings horses and all the kings men put the turbo coupe back together again

the paint doesn't look right for some reason, but i guess anything is better than before

yeah i was just trying to freshen up the look. I know red is played but i like it and its my car.

Meh im happy with it, it isnt perfect but its way better than before.

now i have to restrip and repaint

oh and dam your engine bay is like 10x more cluttered than mine

Looks good, but sand the lettering with a finer grit so it's like mirror finish and clear coat it, it doesnt look 'finished' yet
