Put it on the top left corner with a short 10mm bolt or anywhere on the head as long it's a good contact such as metal to metal. Scrap the surface with a wire brush or flat screw driver to get a good solid contact. Make sure where ever you ground it on the chassis that you scrap painted surface otherwise your gauges will fluctuate.

It doesn't do much, the one from the tranny to the body does the most. just put it anywhere on the engine where it makes good contact with the metal.

yea i dont get it because the valve cover is sitting on a rubber gasket...only the studs could possibly conduct electricity, but the grommets are rubber!

^^ Exactly. A good place to put it would be on the ps bracket. Mine could not reach any bolt because i took that bracket off, now i have it to the exhaust manifold, don't know if that is bad, anybody?

The point of the ground on the VC is so that it won't corrode. Has something to do with how the metal (in this case aluminum) reacts.
Atleast this is the theory I've heard. It probably isn't pointless, since the Honda engineers made it so on all these cars.
And yes, the spot on that drawing in the lower right corner is the correct one.

BTW, how can that be a good ground, i'm asking since in no way is the valve cover touching any other part of the car direcly, there is always rubber betweeen the head and valve cover. That is why i decided not to put it there.
