what rates are you running
OTS meaning stock rates
ground control is out of the honda tech colover civic kit so that means i have to buy he coilovers the extended top mount and struts seprate
where should i buy koni yellows from...
Ground Control has them, Neuspeed.com has them, and Koni-na.com has them or shop i just go to a shop and tell them want i want instead of ordering stuff offline
are they all the same on those sites
please help me

neuspeed has a special version of the koni yellows. it basically gives you a finer adjustment of perch, and an extra bit of droop limit. its otherwise the same damper as regular koni yellows. the extra number of circlip positions is really irrelevent if youre using ground controls. and the extra droop limit is extra redundant with the top hats. so i actually would not suggest you buy the neuspeed kit. it wouldnt help your particular desired setup.
just thought id mention that.

Neuspeeds version of the Koni Sport is slightly different. There is a 20mm "droop limiter" inside the shock. This means that when the shock piston is fully extended it is 20mm shorter than the regular version. That feature is useless unless your local inspection laws require that your springs do not become un-seated when the suspension is in full droop (a common effect of coilovers). Do not confuse this with a shortend shock body (not the same at all)...
The neuspeeds also have two extra height adjustment grooves on the body, but that does nothing for you if your getting coil-over sleeves.
I got my Koni's from http://www.shox.com because they were willing to price match an eBay auction buy-it-now price that I felt was a good deal (the price was still for a new set).

i dont want my coiovers to do that that why i was afaird of getting them .....will that cause a horrible ride qualtiy....my friends coilovers at full drop came unseated from the top and it bounced all around and it was horrible

My GC's do it, and the only time I ever noticed was when the car was off the ground. If you have sway bars, there is no way that the springs can become un-seated during driving no matter what. I only recently put sway bars on my car, so I was driving for about 5 years without them. Never had one problem...
I feel that a proper amount of suspension droop is necissary to keep the tires in contact with the road.

would it be better to get extended top hats or koni off of neuspeed if the shcok. according to the feed back there basicly are doing the same thing loacteing the shcok about 1" higher....and in my eyes that means automatic 1" drop of car which means that you have to bring the coilover down less.....thins makes sense to me if im wrong please correct me

The ONLY change the following:
* extend the shock shaft further out at any given point in the suspension storke
* reduce suspension droop travel by the amount of shaft extension
* add suspension compression travel by the amount of shaft extension
The car stays at the exact same height because the spring seats are still in the exact same location as before...

Uh yeah, but usually only when I'm working underneath it...
