What cam to use that makes good power?

what's up guys i was thinking about changing my cams for something bigger what would you guys prefer is a good cam to go with that makes good power i was thinking of skunk's stage 2's what do you guys think?????

running b16 swap with inline pro springs, retainers, skunk 2 cam gears, right now running jdm itr cams. skunk 2 intake manifold. soon valves too. This is the setup now.

just looking for a bigger cam to run for a while what's good to go with at a decent price.
Bump your compression up a bit, and make use of some of the bigger cams on the market.
Try Skunk2 Pro1's, Buddy Club Spec 4's, Rocket M22x, etc...

sorry to somewhat steal thread but are would the m22xx be fine in a b18c1 with a milled head, thin head gasket with the stock pistons?

stock compression on an itr motor is wut 10.4:1??? would a thinner head gasket like a mugen one be enough to bump it up to 11?? and your are talking bout the m22xx right??

Can i run the skunk's stage 2's on a stock headgasket and bottom end without damgaging anything.

cool thanks i found some stage 2's for a good price new so i might run those for a while and keep my other cams and see what kind of power difference i made on the dyno this time.

Ok i am going to try to dyno it soon but still have alot of motor work to do first. The motor is not even back in the car yet but i keep you'll updated made pretty good power on my first dyno for being pretty much stock.
