wire harness different or not
Not Different. If what you're curious about is the radio connector; the adapters for aftermarket radio chassis installations call out the same P# for those year ranges.

You could also go to Crutchfield, say your car is a 94 or 95 Accord and put a head unit into the shopping basket. The harness will be automatically added (or maybe it's added when go to checkout). Write down the harness part number, then go back and say your car is a 96 or 97, and do the same thing. If the part numbers match up, there's your confirmation. But all four years are of the same generation so I wouldn't expect them to be different.
i have a 94 civic. my cousin has a 97 accord. i'm using oem radio/cd player for my 94 civic. harness for 94 acura and honda are the same. i want to know for accord when did they change the harness for oem stock radio from obd1 to obd2. thanks.
OBD1 and OBD2 have nothing to do with the OEM radio in Accords. It is Part of the Engine Management System.
As a Point of Interest; Civics, where some years include the radio in the car security system; Accords do not.
For Accords, it's Plug, Play & Pray

sorry but i guess i'm not making it clear. my 94 civic had no harness, it was cutt off...i took one off a 95 accord and use a 94 acura oem radio. harness from a 94 civic is the same as a 95 honda accord. but i do remember accord change its harness, but i dont remember starting what year they change it.
Play around with different year Accords at http://www.crutchfield.com , you'll find the year that they changed. I'd do it for you but it's something you need to do yourself so you'll know how to do it next time.
