Default What else can I do to extract some more power

I am sorry if this is a bit of a noob thread but I am after some honest answers.

I have a JDM B18C (not type R)
with standard rods and pistons and standard head cast etc
I am running a spoon .45mm head gasket so compression is 11.0:1
I have blox Tuner b cams and valve train
DC sports 4-1 header with 2 1/2 collector and exhaust
skunk 2 series 1 intake mani
heat shield gasket
64mm throttlebody
good leads plugs, coil and cap etc
I have a locally made chip that has been dyno tuned
have cam gears that have been tuned

Is there anything else I can do without pulling the motor apart to extract a bit more power.

Intake wise I just have a baisc 3 inch pipe with pod on the end...

Thoughts much appreciated.

If you have the money, a smsp or rmf header would make some nice extra power.

yeah have looked at new header but they are some serious $$ esp when you ahve to ship to the other side of the world...
cat is long gone - no emissions laws over here...

have been told that 64mm is plenty big enough for my setup......would be interested to know what size you would suggest?
