Default how to remove stock intake

i know dis is a noob question but how do i remove the stock intake on my eg which bolts do i unscrew n which plugs do i pull out PICTURES<U></U> would be helpful tx

I don't have any pictures. However, this is a really straight foward process. Look where the intake arm connects to your manifold. Just look at what is holding it on. I believe there are a couple of tubes to the valve cover, and a tightening band.

For the airbox, it's just held on by bolts. Once all of this is disconnected it should come right out.

just take out the airbox and throw away
pretty simple
install the new intake and your're done

i wouldnt advise u throw the air box away considering if u ever sold the car u could take ur new intake off and sell it on ebay for some more money if u dont want some punk getting your hard earned dollars

On my EK the bolts were really difficult to get to with my limited tools, I ended up just ripping the box out. 3/4 of the mounting points were almost broken anyway.
