no, you need to take the steering rack end of the civic line and mate it to the pump end of the h22 line. Most auto parts stores can either do it, or will no someone to have it done.It only cost me 42.00 bucks here, st a local VW place to get mine done.

really? maybe i got a prelude line. cause it all bolts up fine too. i just put it on.
oh yeah it has a connector for on the line for a plug. i guess preludes had a harness piece that connects to the PS line?

as far as I know all power steering lines have that plug.Well I have had both a 92-95 civic si with an h swap, and a 2000 si with an h swap(currently) I had to make lines for both cars, cause each stock one does not bolt to either the 97-01 or the 92-96 prelude pump.So maybe you just got lucky, or there is a line that bolts to bothe the civic and the prelude pumps and racks.
well this line is from a civic. you i only put in the part that goes into the rack. i didnt bolt it up anywhere else. maybe thats why it fits?
anywho. it works

It won't work if it's really a Civic P/S line. The angle of the bend is the reason it won't work, not the tip. The tip will always be the same. When you have the line in the engine bay and are trying to put it on, you will realize what I am talking about. There is a reason 100% of people that have done the swap with P/S had to get the H22 end mated to the Civic line.
well this line isnt modified at all. thats what im trying to clear up.
its already in the car and working. you want pics?

well with the h22 in the way i cant take very good pics. and i couldnt get any shots from underneath.
but here it is
pump side

the black line behind it is the other side of the line. i know theres a little bracket to bolt the line down to the crossmember. but i didnt bolt it down. so thats why i think my line fits. its a civic line for sure though.
