i think starter problem
i have a 92 stock si
i got out of work and went to start my car and it wouldn't start. my light worked and radio, so i thought it wasn't the battery, even though there is still a possibility
but i pop started it and drove it home, when i got home i tried to start it and i worked. im thinking my started is starting to go. i think it didn't start because there was prolly a flat spot on the starter.
wondering if anyone else had this prob i didn't find anything in search

hmm, not so sure it's your starter. It may be your battery. If you drove it home and then it started up, it may be possible your alternator charged your battery enough to start your car again.
I would go to radio shack and buy a 6 dollar multimeter and test the battery and alternator.
12 - 12.5 is good for your battery
(car is off, just place black wire from multimeter on neg term, and touch pos with the pos multimeter)
14.0v is good for alternator.
(turn car on and connect the neg/pos to battery)
I just had this problem, and everyone was saying it was my starter or alternator. Turned out the battery wasn't able to hold it's charge and got a new one from warranty. Hope this helps.
