Default Broken ABS and Car Value

Hey Guys,

I have a 1995 GSR that is mint, but the ABS modulator is broken. To fix the ABS will be about $1250. If I was to sell my car, should I first get the ABS fixed and sell for retail or should I leave it the way it is and sell it on the cheap?

Any thoughts?

And to keep this interesting, here are some pics of my car:

If I was a buyer I would not want to buy a broken car. That is just my take on it though.

Anyone else have the same problem with the modulator failing? Anyone try fixing this problem with a used modulator (ie junkyard find)?

Thanks fo' the help.

Anything major on a car that is malfunctioning, people will surely steer clear from.

Thank you for your wonderful input. ABS will always brake better than you or anyone else in pretty much ANY condition.

To the original poster, I would also repair it first. EckoTypeR's deal sounds pretty good to me.
