bogging
I have been chasing my bogging problems for months, I decided (after replacing every other part on the car) now that I have broken vavle springs and it is not opening and closing some of the valves correctly. O2 sensors seem to be pretty common problems though...
could be electrical
check compression
check fuel filter and fuel lines for clogs and stuff
check catalytic converter, maybe clogged when you did the swap.
check 02 sensor
thats all I can think of for now

jdmb18hatch...already changed it thanks, Veil_side...I check all electrical I could think of replaced cap, rotor, coil, ignitor (it went bad anyway), plugs, wires, etc., compression is 200 across the board, new fuel filter and lines flushed a few times, cat is gutted, and two brand new Bosch O2 sensors...Thanks though

if youre runnig two o2 sensors, unplug them both and see how it works. If that stops the bogging just flip either the o2 sensors or (the wires for the o2 sensors at the ecu). It worked like a charm for me.
I will check the pressure this weekend, but once it hits higher revs its fine. I would imagine that the car would starve up top also and not just on the bottom end right??
it sounds like fuel delivery to tell u the truth. maybe ur pump is on the way out. but be sure u have good fuel pressure. it could be clogged injecters to have u checked them?
