Holy crap, are you seriously this dumb?

Turn on your headlights, turn the screw a bit and see which way the beam goes if you can't tell by just looking at the adjusting assembly, which you can.

I don't remember which way to turn them. The easiest way would be to just wait until dark and find the place where you put the screw driver. Watch the bubble and turn them at the same time with the lights on. Once you see the lights moving up or down you should have an idea which way you need to turn it.

Its a bitch on my 98... I has a part of the radiator support blocking me from getting to it. I dont know how it is on the earlier models but it should be the same. As far as aiming up and down: It is the adjustment screw on the outerside of the head light. Right moves it up and left moves it down. Right Tighty, Lefty Lucy!

why are peole so ignorant , only becuz u dont know how to adjust head lights doesnt mean ur dumm, thats why u come hea in the first place is for help. f*cking ignorant people ur the dumm ones.

any u can adjust the head lights by 2 ways

1. special tool - head light aming tool that connect to the nipples on the head lights , no im not talking about girl nipples guys....lol , does little nipples on head lights are actually for sumthing , yeah . these help you adjust the light by degrees by manufacteres specs.. rent it at auto zone...

2. drive up to a wall about 10 feet away ....whiye wall is preferred , in the dark 2 ..lol if u dont know how to adjust the bolts ....simply look @ the wall with the head lights on , you could see them move in the direction u want . i did mine this way pretty simple , u want the light about waist height , remember ur ride is lower to the ground so they need to point up a bit.

u will seee the diff when u drive in the dark , believe me .

im actually gonna side with the "redneck from wisconsin" because...well come on.

At 25 feet from the front of the car, your headlight cutoff should be 1 foot high.

Turn the screwdriver and watch the light move! If you havent figured this out by friday, I'll be going home and I'll get the picture scanned from my Helms book so you have a reference.

Get the expletive off his nuts. He had a valid question. Quit being a ****** about it and just help him.

I can't exactly remember from memory, what I would do is go somewhere with a white wall, turn on your headlights, put tape on the wall to outline your headlights and then start messing with your headlights.

as a honda technicial and a licensed state inspector , not that ur wrong but 25' is a lil excessive , did u ever look when u get ur inspection sticker there a black wall with numbers going across, this is for adjusting head lights, and the car is about 10 -15 feet away . ur not looking for how far the lights go but the height is wat most matters. especieally on lowered vehicles.
