Tranny/Clutch/Flywheel Question:
So I'm finally bolting my motor together after getting it back from the machine shop and I'm going to put the flywheel on, and I noticed a washer that is exactly the same shape as the flywheel bolt pattern. Even in my EF service manual it is not shown. I'm thinking it was something that went with the automatic tranny stuff. Is there a washer that goes under all the flywheel bolts?

I can verify there is no washer for manual transmissions.
Never worked with autos though, so I couldnt tell you if they did or not, but I'd take his advice.
