Few questions, if anyone has the time

Hey, I am a new 1998 hatchback Dx owner, This is a EJ6? I am not totaly sure, i also have a 04 civic. Is there any clusters with a tach i can just swap out and throw in with no wire mods?

i believe you can plug and play a civic SI cluster 99-00
