Go with NGK plugs (BKR7E I believe is the part number). Good cold plugs. As far as rotors.... have them resurfaced and stick with stock

What have you put on in the past, and has there been a problem with them?

Note that you should be changing your plugs every 30,000 miles or 24 months.

Go with honda OEM plugs.

go with brembo blank rotors.

might as well change the dist. cap and rotor with OEM parts as well.

so its either stock plugs or ngk plugs...i believe i went to my nearest honda for my acura integra before and they gave me ngk spark plugs... but maybe i might be wrong. as for the rotor i guess i will try resurfacing them and hopefully they will be better... thanks

you might or might not able to resurface the rotor, if it's too thin to shave, just get a brembo one, it's a tad lighter than oem rotor btw.
AND DONT FORGET THIS, tell the mechanic DO NOT put the rotor screw back, because once it's on, it's not coming out without a sh-t load of work.

NGK or Stock(which is DENSO), i always use NGK Vpower, no guess work, i change me around 10-15K, i regap it everytime i change my oil.
NGK and denso always performs well, stay away with irdium stuff, or worse-Bosch platnum

If it's stock getting 2 step colder plugs wouldn't do anything for him.

I believe 5 is needed not a 7 .

what's wrong w/ iridium?

I know about platinums, but it's the wacky designs of bosch's 2 or 4 electrode designs that are messing engines up.

the regular bosch platinum or even their copper 'super' plugs are decent.

BKR7E's are Civic SI plugs... never said they were specific to his vehicle. They would have to be re-gapped.
