my transmission is missing one of the studs that go into the transmission and the mount bolts onto, is there anywhere to get one of these without having to buy a whole transmission, i know they come out because i stole one from my friends old cx tranny. now i am only missing one, but i have looked and cant find anywhere that sells them, my used parts place doesn't want to take them off of the transmission. Does anyone know where you can get this part aftermarket? or would i have to go to a dealer? im not sure but when i get my new mounts i want them to all be secure.

your best bet is honda dealer or someone who has a junk tranny

when i was removing my tranny, one of the studs came out instead of just the nut... the nut was rusted on the stud... how did your studs go missing?

 

honda dealer...idk how but one of the studs broke off on my car, paid the dealer 70 bucks to drill it out and put a new one in, so there is a rough estimate will be less if no drilling is required

 

yah came out before i got my engine/tranny, (the guy that had the b16 before me had been driving with one nut on the transmission mount so the others must have just vibrated loose over time) i installed one of them from my friends tranny and was in the process of installing the other one but you cant get the middle one in from the top you gotta put it in before the mount goes on, got sidetracked in the middle of doing that and drove off without it being screwed in.... everyone makes mistakes, mine just tend to be worse.
