Default 95 civic p.s. steering rack removal/install

my inner and outer ball joints is shot. my rack also leaks. might as well change the whole rack right? how hard is this job? do i need special tools? thanks in advance.

you dont need special tools, but a lift would help greatly.

You can pick up a manual rack from an EG CX/DX off ebay for like $50, thats what I plan to do, and then put in the Quaiffe pinion for quicker steering, and rebuild the rack while I'm at it with new rack end bushings, inner and outer tie rods etc.
