Default CTR b16b Head Q's

Just picked up a b16b which is going into my autox / track car. Just wondering what the flow is like on the CTR head, or would it be better to go with a GSR Cylinder head Full race ported, polished, 3 angle valve job, Ferrea valves, lightened and balanced lost motion assembly, Eibach Crower valve springs, Titanium retainers (which is currently for sale near me, also this is supposivly "new").

What kind of gains would I be expecting, or should I just leave it alone and sometime in the future mill the CTR head and put in new valves and valveterrain?

a stock b16b head will flow great, but any other head w/ a full port/valve job will outperform a stock ctr one...

built gsr or stock ctr?

Built GSR hands down

just keep it as you have now... going to the gsr head will cause you some complication in the type of gas you use and your current tune.
