no it won't.
98+ front bumper is one piece.
you need to buy the front bumper cover, the lip, and the headlights from a 98+ integra to complete the conversion.

both look nice but i've seen both before, i like it but the sides are too straight down. i like the 98 style where it curves in and out smoothly and also how the grill isn't straight down either. i found one on ebay for ~ 300 and bidding, very tempting. check it out, good deal?? ebay item # 8011816866
You can't fit the 98 lip to the 97 bumper. You would need to get the 98 bumper and headlights. Trust I just searched down some headlights and those are a bitch to find unless the timing is right. Try to find somone with a 98 front end that just got a JDM front end done. They will be looking to recoupe some of their money and you can get the whole thing together.

You need to closely look at the 98, 97 front end differences. If you like the 98 spend the money otherwise do the 97 stuff. If your not willing to pay for the whole 98 front end then get the 98 lip off your mind cause it isn't going to work. I agree, if I just liked the lip I woulnd't want to pay for the whole 98 front end but that's just the way it works. FWIW I payed 220 for a brand new oem front bumper and 300 for used headlights.

it's just a bumper, headlights, and turn signals -- it all bolts right up. not really much of a headache IMO.

Then go to Acura and say I want a '98 front end on my '94 Integra. Once you have finished explaining to 5 different people why you want this hand him the check for about $2000 to cover the parts installation and painting. Then drive away in your '94 Integra that looks like it might be a '98 Integra, wait a couple months and wonder what the point of it was.
Just get the '97 Type R style lip from wingswest an be done.

More like $5,000 - $7,000. Dealerships rape you.

Well, technically, you can. It just takes a little bit o'ghetto fabbin'.
Personally, I LOVE how 94-97's look. My friend's 97 R looks pure sex.
Just get a Comptech lip, like everyone said, for your car. As far as your intercooler...keep it stealth behind the grill.

Dealers sold out of the ITRE front lips a few years ago. Best of luck finding a "REAL" one, for a fair price, and painted the right color from the factory. I bought my ITR kit in 2001, and they were scarce then.

Aren't they required by law to sell them for 10 years just like any other parts?

Not true at all, you can still get PAINTED front lips from most all acura dealerships, the optional OEM bodykit is sold out and tough to find at a dealership................................the misinformation is leaking in from the other forums
