HELP NEWBIE WITH ALL MOTOR BUILD UP!! Money to burn need guidence and direction
http://hondamarketplace.com/zerothread?id=1426422 this is my wtb post
As it is stated i have $9,000 to invest in my new project and need some input from my fellow HT... ers on teh best Built B-series all motor set-up for track and street use ( cause i know im not gonna only be able to go to the track with this beast)
I wanna put down some really good #'s NA is best i wanna have a high reving or a stoker motor.. need some advice. i mean i want high reving cause my buddy revs to 9-9.5k and i love the power but stoker kit give more torque. I just want the best build. I sold my beloved gsr coupe that i just got and worked damn hard to get penny pinching and investeing over the last year or so. Got the gsr and some buddys told me i should sell it and dump all the money into my newly aquired eg rolling shell. So starting ground floor i want the respect of an all motor car.
On my parts list i do not want some high name brands such as mugen/jun etc... jst for the name i am not a name brand person. What it takes for me is proven performance. I want to hit good #'s and still be reliable cause once i dump this much $$$ in the car i want it to stay together!!!!
Thnaks for the input, advice and help from those that have been there wish me luck and LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!
In a short while i will start up a documentory on the build! For all those interested!!! This is really exciting for me i am pumped and thanks for the help!!!!

I prefer to have women in my bed, they are much softer
A small suggestion-look at other people's dyno numbers. See what has worked for them. Look at the graphs and try and figure out where you want your powerband. You should be able to get a pretty good ideas of which direction you want to go.

if you really have that money to spend, my advice to you would be to buy a K-series. from reading your previous posts i dont think you are competent enough to build a reliable high-hp b-series, but you could probably handle doing a swap. i dont want to discourage you from trying, but i dont want you to spend a lot of money and have problems down the road, or end up spending a lot of money with a poor company. if you really want to build one, the info is out there. you just have to find it. maybe search username "Tbone" under archieved threads. follow his build buildup, he has offered a lot of his information to this community. also search "b19coupe", a lot more good information. look into RLZ cylinder heads. research smsp, rmf, dtr, hytech headers. purchase "omnimans B16 200whp buildup". settle down so you dont buy a bunch of **** parts over in the FS forum. there are a lot of helpful members on the site, and i'm sure there are a lot of people out there that would love to take your money and send you crap in exchange. look out for yourself, you arent going to build this engine overnight.

I know this process has already taken ahile just in research.... I love the B! I am considering the K i think i have enough funds to pull it off. But i'm not sure if i would wanna go that way. If i was gonna go with a bigger block i would swap the h22 with the h2b tranny kit! I like what i have seen in that area. Oh yeah about building the swap i have some experience with this the only thin i am not as comfortable with is the head, but i have friends that build and are pretty good. their no benson but..... I prefer the D-I-Y method. i love to learn and progess in my Honda Knowledge.
