im making my friend hold off on his valvetrain cause Omni's products have been scary lately..

id say pass the deal up and get something more reliable. id suggest Rocket motorsports GEN1 or 2 springs with Retainers

you can get the crower valve train to go with the cams. thats what i would do...like if i was going w/skunk2 cams, i would also go with their valve train so i know it can take the size of the cams without breaking valve springs.

I really have not heard anything bad about the valvetrain. But personallly, I would not run anything Omni at this time.

Was your your CMC not replaced and does it not work FINE now? The guy that started the thing about the brake kit was competition and was banned for that thread.

I havn't tried his valvetrain but I do run his suspension and slave cylinder. For those who question about it, to date, no problems. Especially since I put down over 500 miles weekly.

I have the coilovers and LCAs. Also running the valve spring retainers, No problems with any products so far. coilovers have 6000 miles, the LCA s have around 4000 miles, the retainers have 2500 miles. Just my 2 cents.

I have over 6k on his dual valve springs, titanium retainers and flat faced valves. about 1/2 of that was with the buddy club spec 3+ and the other half is with skunk2 pro1's, not exactly sissy cams. Not a single complaint so far.
