Default accord 90 ex-r heat problem

alright winter is almost here and my heater is blowing like 25% or less of hot air out and take like a hour to defrost the car from a to z so does anyone have a idea what to do?! Its a 1990 Honda Accord EX-R 2doors

does it blow enough air just not hot??? or not enough air at all ??? if it blows planty but not hot , chk the t-stat, heater valve adjustment and oparation of the heater doors..........If not enough air flow u could have a partially plugged evap

its working on all speed but when i change from heat to face of feet to defrost nothing change

is there planty of air coming from the vents when it is in other settings other than defrost........??? is defrost the only lack of air flow?? if so you need to chk the door adjustments
