EG rear sway bar on EK ?
Can I mount a '94 Si rear sway bar on a '97 Dx hatch?
I have all aftermarket parts right now (shocks/springs/LCAs).
I know how I can mount it to the sub-frame, but the sway-bar itself seems an inch too short (when using EG end-links)
EG end-links seem to be center mounted, but would it fit if I used a side mounted end-link, like the one in the picture below?
It would make it a bit wider, but is it enough?

Sounds like the same situation you run into when attempting to use an ITR rear sway and the ITR endlinks. The style of endlinks you pictured remedy that situation, and logic would suggest they would remedy this one...but I would wait for someone who knows for sure.
Those are the same style as on the 99-00 Civic Si, like EK sway bars would take. However, I believe the widths between the EG/DC2 and EK suspension geometry are not the same. I have seen, however, an ITR swaybar on a EK with ITR rear LCAs, so i dont know if the sway bars are the same length, but might be, so.....bump for more info.
I have a 00' ITR 22mm Swaybar and ASR Sub Frame brace on my 96 Coupe with EM1 endlinks from a 99'si and aftermarket LCA's. I would say that the 94' Si sway bar would work as well seeing how closely related EG and DC suspension components are
