Im looking around for some large quanities of AT29C256 chips and all of them have something after the part number and I dont know the difference between them.

example: AT29C256-15JI or AT29C256-15PC

what do they mean?

I know they are out of production, but there are thousands still in stock on numerous websites and electronic supply stores. The 512s are still in production, and those can also be used. Where do you get your UVeproms?

What does 90PC mean? I would like to know what the part# means.

Thanks.
