Hey guys whats up,
I have many many problems with my 90 integra rs,
Here is one of them, When I ease into first gear to take off, the front of the car shakes so horibly bad it scares me.
What is the problem, the motor mounts look fine, except the rear one.
I think it might be torn not sure. I think this is the problem what do you guys think.
Also, when i drive the car it over all feels mushy,
I have new tokico shocks and tenxo r coilovers to install,
I also have unbalenced tires and I have new ones waiting in my room.
the camber/toe is horrible.
the driver side is straight but the pass side wheel leans inward on the top of the wheel so bad, that there is rubber dust being spit on the side of the car, right below the DOHC badge.
Also, WHen I hit the brakes the car shakes horribly,
I need an alignment, new tires and balenced,
i replaced the front susp (minus the shocks/springs)
Any idea what the problem could be?
Also, there is a sort of gridning noise when I drive the car,
I just replaced both axles, and the wheel bearings.
Thanks, Later

i suggest, just selling the car before you put any of those parts on.. and you say your gonna get an RX-7.. hope you have the cash to dump into those old junkies.. stick with the integra.. just do the work 100% and you're gonna be please when you're done.. its not all gonna come to gether at once.. it takes time to get things the way you want it.
but if you want to sell the car.. dont put the parts on. sell them. and sell the car.. because you wont get more for the car with all the parts installed.
if you want to keep the car, install the parts, and have the new tires, alignment, motor/tranny mount changed and hopefully it'll be running good.

what do u mean mushy?
------> stock springs, stock shocks, and **** tires will make a car feel like MUSH.. put the new shocks, springs, lower it 2 inches, and put the new tires on.. that alone will make an amazing difference.

Yah, I think I'm keeping the car. This much work for what nothing?
I will prolly keep the car.
I cant tell were the noise is coming from, sounds like the axles but I just replced both of them, and the driver side twice.
I'm on my third axle,
the car hasnt really been in an accident.
I did have the Baljoint fall and it rippd out the axle, and I landed on my LCA and scraped for a good 30Feet,
here is the thread for it.

I am thinking of selling the coilovers becuase they are tenzo R, and maybe keeping the stock spring or getting lowering springs

Jesus.
Your DA9 is falling into nothingness. The braking problem in most likely warped rotors I have the same trouble.

rotors dont warp. They either crack, its the brake pads that wear diffrently,
No such thing as warped rotors.
That is one thing I learned after 4 hours of research on that topic.
Bump,
Yah I'm prolly selling it for a RX-7

read the manual.. cheaper rotors tightened down wrong or too tight or too much heat, etc.. will warp a rotor.. maybe stoptech rotors dont warp.. i would hope so if im spending that much on brakes they dont warp.
