Default Over-rev my motor….. Bent Valves?

Hey Guys I recently over-rev my motor & the #4 piston went out!
Now that I got the block Fixed. I assembled the motor Using the same B18C1 Head.
Re-Did the Valve Adjustments Perfectly. OE Specs.
Problem:
Now the car Sounds Like a Truck Motor?? (From the Head)
It doesn’t sound Like a stock Normal (Quiet) Head (like before the over-rev)
It seems like the #3 Intake or Exhaust Valves are not closing completely or functioning Normal because that’s where the Noise is coming from!
Because when I try to rev the motor past 4K it boggs. But when you Partial Throttle You’ll Kinda get by.
What does this problem seem to Be Guys???

it shoulds like bents valves

do a compression check and see what u compression in each cylinder is
and take the head off and get it checked out

I recently bought an over revved C1 for cheap.
Took the head off and found that the #3 cyl exhaust valve was leaking too.
Haven't fixed it yet.
The valve doesn't seat properly. I have yet to remove the valves to check if they are bent.
BTW I just poured some water into the exhaust port to find the leak. May not be the best check but, it worked for me. I'll have it properly checked later on some time.

did a compression seems to be okay 155-160psi all 4.
can there be other symptoms for checking valves?

Leakdown test will help pinpoint any problems

That just the hissing of vacuum hissing when you shut it off. Honestly sometimes it sounds funny when it works correctly. B-series motor have a very loud and mechanical sounding valvetrain, there's a whole lot of action under the valve cover, 6 rockers per cylinder. Header will make it sound louder as well, more valvetrain noise.
