Balancer shaft oil seal !!!!!!!!!!
I can do it in about 2 hours, but that is in our shop with air tools and a lift, and alot of experience. So alot depends on tools and so forth. You should be able to do it in a day.
Dl the service manual http://www.spoonhonda.com/Free_Downl...uals_s/119.htm . Your guy should be able to get an idea from looking at. Replacing the balancer shaft seal is pretty much the same as a timing belt job, labor wise.
