At least high 14s on street tires with a good driver and good track conditions.

My last three runs were 46.719, 46.778 and 43.681. The first 2 runs i was carrying 1 cone on each run. This is with a B16 tho, your times will probably be close depending on skill level and what kind of tires you run.

I have a 90 Civic HB Si with a sohc zc motor. And intake, header, and exhaust and my best time was a 15.60 at 88 mph. So you should be faster than that.
