Default OEM Starter? When should you start worring about it (i.e. what cylinder psi)?

I've been told I should replace my starter because of the high compression pistons I am going to be running...

Any thoughts?

I guess the original starters aren't meant for super high compression motors, and will fail alot sooner?

Never heard that before. There are many people that use oem starters w/ high compression engines, myself included...
Save your money, keep your starter...
The starter/flywheel gearing makes for a good bit of cranking torque...

No, to tell you the truth I never noticed at all. But thanks for the input guys. I'll just stick with the stocker and save some dough.
