i would install a walbro in tank pump instead, they are only 99 bucks with install kit and u have to disable the stock in tank pump anyway to use a inline pump. As for the rest of the set up i dont like FMU that compensate for boost since for every 1psi of boost ur fuel pressure is rasied 12psi. stock is about 40psi and u have an 8 psi spring for boost so at full boost ur pressure will be at 136psi not 40psi. Hmmmm injector failure anyone, fuel lines bursting, it works yes but very crudly. I would upgrade to larger injectors. I dont know what yall DC guys do but on the DA's we use DSM 450cc injectors i dont know if they can be used on the DC with diff OBD systems so im not gonna tell u they work, someone else can clarify on that. I think u just need a resistor box to use them on the OBD1 cars. For engine managmet use Hondata or a chipped ecu with Uberdata, neptune, ect.
I definitely agree with the guy above.
I don't know if the whole fuel line bursting thing will happen,
but using a 12:1 regulator is pretty much only a "ghetto" way of fuel management. Try to upgrade the injectors and tune then down, instead of using stock injectors and "tuning them up." The way injectors work, you can't really pump more fuel into something that's running 100% duty cycle already, but that's another topic.
You will find that with your setup, there will be lots of bogging because of the timing issues with the boost. Check valves can only do so much. Try to get your hands on a Missing Link (if they are still around) if you decide to keep your fuel setup as it sits.
A better solution is to go to a engine/fuel management system like Hondata or something. It's a little more expensive, but I guarantee you you will love it. There will be no issues at all when you drive it under any condition. Systems like this have timing tables for positive pressure, which is what you need.
And to answer your question: Yes, with your current setup, you should install the inline pump. I'd do what Darkdragon said and get the Walbro intank.

don't use fmu unless you are boosting 3 psi.....
i got an ecu from racingchips.com that works great, it is custom tuned to the injector size that you have, so i still get 30+ mpg
i also have a walbro 255 pump, i wouldn't run without a new pump
lastly, don't cheap out or do what is 'easier', it will catch up to you in the end
