Default not dealing with roll pin

hey, since i cannot remove that bitch pin and i cannot get a wrench on the through nut that holds the shift linkage to the shifter, is it possible to drop the transmission without bending the shift rod?can i keep all shift linkage in place when i do it?

so it was ok when you did the clutch? could you move it far enough to do the clutch?

Yeah you will have enough room.


Plus once you drop the tranny a little, you should be able to get a wrench on that rear bolt to the shifter.

This doesn't answer your question directly, but I remove the bitch pin with an air chisel and a machined pin type punch on the end of it. You could grind an over the counter air chisel tool if you took the time to fit.
