hey guys, i was just curious if it would be possible to convert the prelude console in the left picture to the prelude console on the right? I know that the e-brake positions are in different locations but would it be possible to relocate the e-brake?

yeah i know its possible, my boy has the lockbox console and he knows how to do the conversion so everyday he asks me to trade with him for my console

Yet honda managed to place the lid to the cupholder in the stupidest position possible

 

Yep if you have a drink in the cupholder,it makes shifting suck.

 

The conversion isnt too hard. I did it a couple years ago. once you get the ebrake handle mounted (triple check your positioning before you drill) the cable mod is pretty simple and works quite well.
