Default need suspesnsion advise on an h22 sol.

hey, i currently have a del sol with ground control coilovers with agx shocks. they are for a 92-00 civic... im going to be getting an h22 installed within a couple weeks and i need to know if I can use the same coilovers and just get stiffer springs for the fronts and im assuming new struts as well... will the rear be fine? also what spring rates for the front? should i just buy prelude springs and struts? also does anyone know where i can just buy 2 of each of these instead of a set of 4. please lmk thanks a lot. mike

i would also like to stick with ground control suspension and kyb agxs.

You'll have a better idea of what you need to do, suspension-wise, after you get the swap done. Nobody can tell you what you need, because it depends on what sort of driving you do. If you're worried about the h22 making your front so nose-heavy that it bottoms out on bumps with the current springs, don't be. The h22a does not weigh that much more than a b-series. If you're doing the sort of driving that would make the h22a's weight apparent, then perhaps stiffer springs would be in order.

I always give ride quality priority before handling on my car, especially since its only daily driven at this point. I originally had our 10k/8k coilovers on the car, but quickly realized that its just not worth it to run these rates (~560lbsF/~448lbsR) on these crappy streets. Most people I think would consider these spring rates borderline tolerable, and good valving can only do so much. I'm switching to our 8k/6k setup once the weater warms up a little.
I understand that most people don't have the luxury of switching back and forth freely between different spring rates like I do though. Which is why its that much more important to figure this thing out ahead of time and to be honest with yourself about the goals of the car. I hear "Its going to be a daily driver, but I plan on auto-xing it/I might visit the track on weekends/I want to do HPDE" all the time. If you are, great. But if not, you're only fooling yourself. While people on the boards are willing to help, they certainly don't care if you waste your money.
That being said, the lower rates offered by most places are often more than enough for daily street driving, and should be a good enough compromise between ride quality and performance. Unless you're a canyon carver or street racer, in which case I can't help you.
(btw dude this is not a personal attack on you)
