Default Someone please post pics of the beam pattern on a wall

I got my car back from the dealer after installing the JDM lamps and they did'nt adjust my HID's correctly. Is it possible someone could post a pic of the beam pattern on a wall? Thanks.

drivers side is supposed to be lower then the passenger side.... however if you got authentic jdm headlights it would be the opposite.... your's should be drivers side higher then passenger side...

it is never going to be 100% correct.....

usdm headlights pattern looks like this........

............../```````````

to keep from blinding oncoming traffic

it would be the opposite on your lights because they drive on the other side of the road.....

you should be able to get it somewhat better though......

headlights can be adjusted vertically, how hard would that be. if you know some local owners, have one stop by. put both cars against the wall and align that way

Thats why I wanted a pic of someone elses beam pattern. You would'nt believe what my beam pattern looks like now.

I do understand that the drivers side beam will be higher, but I LOST the "wide" beam pattern that the light originally had. It looks bad.

That was my question, are there supposed to be two lil humps in the beam.....or just one? Do you also see the lighter line just above where the hump is? I want that crisp line like when I bought it.

Well I am a COMPLETE TOOL and moved the far right hump to be even with the left one, hence the reason my beam was'nt wide as it was before.
I deserve what ever you guys throw at me.....

The lighter line is supposed to be the remnants of the other side's cut off. Each side has a distinctive cutoff line, and a lighter one below that. Do you see both?

Like I said, it looks close to mine, but it also looks like youre on a driveway, which is slightly inclined. It says aim the headlights on level ground.

As bonged out of my mind as I am, that made sense and I see what needs to be done. thanks for being up Sideways, I owe you a beer, or a bong.
I aimed em on level ground, I just needed that for a reference pic.

No beer thanks, enough drinking for the night. Hahhahahahhahahahaha I work better bonged.

As far as your headlights man, it might need just a little adjustment, height wise. I already see the distinctive "double hump", there's supposed to be that lighter line where the two humps cross anyways.
