Your tuner should tell you if your running too high of a duty cycle on your injectors. I'm running 11.4:1 compression on a B18C and have 440s running at 60% duty cycle at WOT.

The most important thing before going on the dyno is that your car is running okay everywhere else. i.e. no distributor problems... this can be a nightmare on the dyno, and a waste of money

I would make sure you have some new spark plugs since yours are probably ruined from running too rich, fresh cap & rotor, and that all your fluids are where they should be so your car is tuned at normal operating temperature.
