I have a stock d16y8 with cai and I've only played with the timing on the dizzy. my car runs like **** and hesitates when its warm, in wot and going up steep hills. It seems to run fine when I don't romp on the gas. And when vtech engages, it hesitates like the car is missfiring. I've replaced the spark plugs. That helped for 2 days then the problem came back. my friend says it could be the tps. How do I go about trouble shooting this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. and if anybody in Seattle can help. please pm me. I'll reward you if you can help.

needed something to do? I'm saving up for a turbo kit so in the meantime I wanted to do something to the car. A buddy of mine that has a Nissan 200sx SE-R recommond I try it out. It did wonders for his car. He runs 92 octane and advanced his timing a few degrees. He went from 15.3 secs to 14.5 secs in the 1/4 mile. He also got some brandname chip by the name of wolfgang puck or something like that. Anyways, any help or input is appreciated. Or you could just do like this guy and ask me why I did it.
