Default ANY aftermarket front lip owners, please read(fitment)

Is there any aftermarket front lip that bolts on like stock, or do they all require you to drill into the bumper on the ends and that kind of stuff? I'd really like a front lip, but if its not going to bolt on and fit as well as a stock lip I'm not sure that I'd like to even try one. Any experiences you could share? Thanks.

There are a lot of good fitting front lips, but I think your best bet is to get a stock one to put on. I bought an aftermarket one for my 96 and it stuck out about 6 inchs on both sides of the bumper. Some fit well but some dont.

I already have a stock lip, so if aftermarket isn't going to fit as well I probably won't get one.

what car do you have, there are so many people on here with aftermarket lips that can give some good advice, dont give up yet.

if you get a lip made for your car then it should fit or be fairly close

if it was made for your car i dont think it would stick out 6 inches.

in my experience with front lips urethane seem to fit better. Especially if you let them sit out in the sun for a couple of hours to wobble them up.

as for application double stick tape along will get the job done. But i believe bolts on ends are pretty necessary

EG... 95 coupe to be exact. The ones I've seen that I like are the password and ViS spoon style. Naturally, a real spoon or mugen, but I don't like the idea of 500$ or so for a lip that could get torn off the next day. I searched and found a thread that said the ViS don't come with predrilled holes or a way to mount it, and I'm going to call password and ask how theirs mounts/if it comes with hardware.

The thing is, I just don't like screwing into the ends of my bumper. That's the only way I've seen aftermarket lips put on though, hell, I put one on someones car that way before because there just wasn't any other way to do it. My stock lip kind of wraps under the bumper and bolts on in places out of sight, I like that much better.
