ok heres what i have. please let me know what you think of what i have. i have enough stuff to make a ls/vtec but i dont know if i should configure it a little different.
setup will be jdm b16a head with skunk2 intake mainifold, bbk 70mm tb, 3"aem cold air, ported and polished, gsr cams, stock cam gears, skunk2 valve springs and retainers, stock injectors, walbro 255 fuel pump, and b18a1 bottom end (stock bore, no sleeve or block guard), w/ eagle rods ("ESP" H-beams?), b16a pistons pr3? (some calculator said it would end up being 11.38:1 somthing like that with these pistons.), i also have gsr water pump and gsr oil pump. dc sports 4-1 header, and a apexi ws2 exaust, and a jdm p30. i believe i have everything to make a complete motor plus or minus a few things. i know i could/should sleeve or guard the block, could get bigger pistons, and need to get more agressive cams, need better injectors, my ??? is will what i have work? will it be impressive? the stuff listed i allready own. so i might as well build the motor. the tranny im going to use is the jdm b16a cable tranny but the motor will be obd1. i have another block i can build later to sleeve and bore, and i can later buy better cams. my thought is if i have a monster sitting here and all i have to do is put it together, i might as well. its either that or throw a stock ls in it for now but id rather get the ls/vtec going so i can have fun fun fun.
please let me know thoughts.

are you looking for motivation? just fu@k'n do it.
by the way, with the exception of the pistons, you and i have the same set up. mine are ~10.5:1 (+no2) and it's fun.

lol 45 bumps and 3 comments... lol thanks to the guys who posted... just another thought... $80.00 for the pistons, is that a good price. i havent actually gotten the pistons yet... should i hold out and get a different set. i havent even seen them yet so i dunno if thats new or used price. someone told me to hold out and get some ctr pistons. for a little more. i havent researched the price yet.
