Default Tire pressure on Sumitomo Srixon

I purchased a set of Sumitomo Srixon tires, 185/60/14, and they have a max pressure of 55 psi tag on the tire. My old tires said about 45, so my question is "What tire spressure should I be using on these tires, just the recommended pressure in my eg owner's manual or guess the pressure according to the max pressure. (e.g. old tires were at 30 psi, so shoul shese be 35-40 psi)

Use the pressure recommended by Honda in the owners manual. You can vary it slightly from this depending on driving style, but it should be close to Honda's recommendation.
