will the regular AEM CAI for a 88-91 work good with this? or will it be restrictive? i'm trying to get all the parts ready for the swap....i just don't want to make a bad purchase. i appreciate any help/advice thanks.

Im sure you could use tha AEM CRX one for now, but be sure to try and get a bigger one soon. The 99-00 Civic Si one will fit but you will need to relocate your battery. Good luck.

I used a 88 to 91 si aem cai in my crx for 3 years from b16a to b20 I went 11.3 with it I dont think it will cause a restriction, I went 12.4 on motor with I never took the filter off just left in the fender well.Lets you keep your battery in stock location save big pain relocating,Jason
