anybody else ever seen these SS ludes go ?

 

traction is everything..my fastest time is a 14.2 w/ a 2.6 60' time... just terrible!

its all about driver and the launch... which means i suck at driving... haha

Maybe he'll scare people, so that they don't race him. I'd shoot myself if I just paid $4000 to raise my times.

 

I have seen a turbo Prelude once (it was a 5th Gen base) ... he had the Drag kit. Looked like he had spent an absolute fortune for his setup and he was only running a little ahead of an S2000. I guess that would put him in the low 14's?

What ever the case a superchargered S2000 showed up (Comptech kit) ... but he wouldn't race that guy.

I have seen some fast *** Preludes on the bottle, but there just isn't that many FI ones around. Does anyone know what a JRSC Prelude will do in the 1/4 mile?

a 5th gen with just a jrsc? or the normal i/h/e??? Its supposed to put them around the mid to high 14's all depending on the driver. Thats just bolt on I've heard. Lets say a good 14.3 or 14.4 with the i/h/e definiately. That is with the stock pulley the jrsc comes with

Those times suck. You figure that with as much as you spend and with a 2.2 liter engine you should be in the 13's.

 

jrsc ludes with i/h/e run 14.1 to high 13's...it all depends on the driver

That car has potential to run much better. The guy is not driving it right, launching an SS is everything or nothing. At a roll that car is pretty fast, i've raced it side by side with my turbolude... Not having to shift(or with a clutch at least) is priceless!

I am pretty sure that car wasn't tune... When i had my turbo SS i went 14.8 @ only 7 psi..
