Default tunning question

i know this is a stupid question but what does tunning exatly mean. Am trying to turbo my car and i heard that you have to tune your car. how do you tune your car thnxs

You take it to a Dyno with a wideband and get the car to run correctly.

Its to get a perfect A/F mixture.

its that and other things. its mostly air/fuel, but theres also spark, vtec engagement point(if aplicable), cam timing if you've got adjustables. and you have to get your muffler bearings timed correctly too.

For properly tuning a turbo setup with a tunable system such as Crome or Uberdata, $300-$600 is a decent rough estimate. Pricing will obviously vary, but remember that tuning is extremely important, and is something that you want to trust to an experienced and capable tuner rather than the cheapest one you can locate.

figure out which engine management youll be running then find a certified tuner which will be more expensive but it will be worth every penny.
