Default PolyCarbonate or Lexan Honda race windows????

I'm not for sure if this is the correct area for posting these questions, but.....

On Honda PolyCarbonate (PC and Lexan is a PC from GE) race car windows full car sets, who sells them and how much?

What thickness are they?

How easy is it to install them?

How long did it take you to install them?

What model and year range are people looking for?

Either post here, send me a PM or E-mail at werksberg@sbcglobal.net

I got mine here:
http://www.proglasswindows.com/

I sent them my original and they cloned it. They oversized it, but lexan is easy to cut with a jigsaw/table saw/whatever. It needs to be bolted or riveted in. I used carriage bolts, and should have used rubber washers. Install was very simple and quick.

on anything that is a single axis bend you can just do it yourself with a scoring knife and a sanding block. i usually use .120 but its dependant on how much area your covering. compound curves are harder but not impossible, usually requires a slump mold style process and cut to fit after the fact.

and - after it gets scuffed up, cause they all do - try glazing compound, its specific to plex products. looks like milk but makes it look like when you first peeled off the paper.
