if it was something a little more asked, like, "my maintenance light on my 2000 Accord just came on, is my car going to blow up?", then yeah, I would have been more inclined to make him search.
now the question of how to run the vacuum lines when installing ITBs... well, that's not so straightforward. if you have a helpful link for something like that, i don't see why not just give him it to him.
